Fundraising Opportunities/Initiatives in Troop 140 2009-2010

  1. Recurring Costs

Estimated recurring costs for Scouting activities, although variable depending on Scout’s level of participation. While strongly encouraged, all activities are optional and none are mandated:
    • Monthly outings: $20-30 each
    • Summer camp: ~$225
    • Summer High Adventure outing: ~$100-$400
(Misc. non-recurring costs include uniforms, mess kits, and relevant personal camping equipment)
  2. Fundraising opportunities to offset Scout's costs

(Level of effort is an arbitrary scale of 1-5, with 1 being the least effort)
    1. Holiday Wreath Sale

All of the information for the wreath sale can be found here.
